How Payment Works
1. How and when do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA.
2. Do you accept insurance?
No. At this time all services are private pay only. This is to ensure the best care possible as we are not limited by the parameters of insurance, which limits frequency, type, and duration of services.
3. Can I submit a claim to insurance?
Yes! Through the patient portal you can generate and access an itemized bill called a Superbill that includes all necessary information (including diagnostic and treatment codes) to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies on your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
